It was a big surprise, but shockingly Em and I worked TOGETHER to put up our tent...let's just say I haven't had the best attitude towards tent building teamwork in the past!
And the rest of the evening was spent around the campfire...we had an awesome dinner all cooked over/in the fire...and we didn't realize that it had gotten so cold outside because the fire kept us toasty! Thanks to Julie for her vigilance aka pyromania.

you sure kevin didn't build that fire... being the "expert" that he is! Good for you being a team at tent building... my mom tells stories of her and dad putting up their tent and it nearly causing divorce!! :)
You two are hardcore. ESPECIALLY Emily who loves camping so much!:)
